Quick Breakfast Bowl

I like to call this one the quick breakfast bowl but I might have to rename it to the Amara bowl because I eat this at least 3 times a week at this point. If you’re looking for a simple (I mean super simple), nutritious and filling breakfast- you have to try this!


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 chicken sausage | I like either this or this one!

  • Avocado

  • Hot sauce


HOW TO MAKE

  1. Cook the eggs. I usually scramble!

  2. Cut the sausage and cook once the eggs are finished.

  3. Cut the avocado in half and slice into the bowl

  4. Add hot sauce and enjoy!
