EXPERIENCE GIFT IDEAS
I wanted to do one more gift guide this holiday season but with a twist! I love giving gifts because there’s so many ways to connect with people through them. I love a good product but sometimes, I just want to gift an experience. You know, something other than another mug or pair of shoes! Something where people can experience something and make memories that will last forever. I think there is something so special about that. So today, I won’t be linking any links of products but rather ideas that are more of an experience. This can be for people of all ages! Men, women, couples and families. I can’t wait to share some of my favorite gifts that will last a lifetime! :)

Great gift for the traveler(s) in your life. It’s not tied down to a specific date or time but rather helping them afford a trip! They never expire either so it’s a win win :)
AIR BNB GIFT CARD
I personally would love this gift! I think this goes hand in hand with the airline gift card but it’s a great way to encourage someone to finally take that trip they’ve been talking about.
BEER SUBSCRIPTION
We got this for my dad a few years ago and he absolutely loved it! He is a beer lover and likes to try beers from all over the U.S. This is a monthly subscription that arrives to his front door! He got to customize his choices as well so I know he would get what he likes.
BIRCHBOX (for men and women)
My mom gets my sisters and me a Birchbox subscription every year! It is a gift that keeps on giving. Great for the beauty lover or the person who never has time for a full makeup or skin care routine.
CLASS PASS
Perfect for the active person in your life. This gives them the ability to check out a couple gyms or classes in the area and see what he/she really likes! Be sure to check out their website.
COOKING CLASS
This would be a great couples gift or a mom/daughter gift. This is something you definitely want to do with someone else but I think it would be SO much fun. Check around your city to see where the hot spots are!
CONCERT TICKETS
I have personally got concert tickets for so many people in my life and it’s always a fun surprise. Great excuse for date night, family night out or a night out with your girlfriend!
HELICOPTER TOUR OF THE CITY
I’ve never done this but it sounds so cool. If you live in a bigger city I know these are super popular but if you live in Indy, it would be so cool to do this in Chicago. You can make either a night or a whole weekend out of it!
HELLO FRESH
My parents are OBSESSED with their Hello Fresh subscription. They are empty nesters and only cook for two so they find these meals so helpful and easy! Also would be a great gift for those who just bought a house, got married or had a baby. We got this for my sister and brother in law after my niece was born and they loved it. :)
HOME ORGANIZER
This is what I have on my list this year! I am looking into Neat Method here in Indy but I know there are multiple companies. What I like about it is you can choose which rooms you want to gift and it varies in price. This would be a great gift to go in on with your siblings!
GAME NIGHT PACKAGE
I’m thinking of either going one or two ways with this. You could do this as getting a gift card for a local bowling alley, pizza gift card and maybe a pair of fuzzy/fun socks! You all can make a night out of it and go together. Or if you are looking to stay home, grab a couple games, popcorn and a movie! Great way to spend time with a larger group without breaking the budget.
MASSAGE + FACIAL
Every woman’s dream. I’m telling you… this is an amazing gift for the women in your life! It doesn’t have to be a expensive package or a membership but just an hour or so of relaxation. If you want to make a day out of it, make it a couples massage! This could be fun with your boyfriend, spouse, or even friend!
MEMBERSHIP TO THE ZOO OR CHILDREN’S MEUSUM
My favorite family gift! My sister and I always get this for my other sister and her family with little ones. It’s a great gift that keeps on giving and allows the kids to make memories! I love to go with them to these too haha
SPORTING EVENTS
Depending on where you live, sporting events can be some of the most affordable tickets. It doesn’t have to be a major NFL or NBA team if they’re too expensive, look for minor league options too! In Indy we like to go to the Indy Fuel hockey games. Fun thing to do with multiple couples if you have a bigger group of friends or family.
TOPGOLF GIFT CARD
Topgolf is quickly becoming a family favorite here in Indy! They have great food, cocktails and it is so much fun to play. I am not a big golf girl and I think this is so much fun. :)
